• Processing time for all orders is 4-6 business days after payment is processed.

• All pre-orders will be processed on the day after the last pre-order date.

• All returns will be issued as in-store credit only. (Credit will be issued after originally purchase has been received)

• A return label will be provided to return items to us and will not require additional shipping fees to our customer.
